Princess Anne Quarter (referred to as PAQ by residents) is an old Arabian horse farm converted into a 75 custom two story home neighborhood back in 2004.
Homes in this neighborhood range from 3300 to over 4300 square feet, some with up to 6 bedrooms. The neighborhood has one entrance off Princess Anne Road onto Fenwick Way. Off Fenwick way several cul de sacs exist.
The development has a neighborhood park maintained by the City of Virginia Beach. The back of the neighborhood has a walk thru path into an adjacent neighborhood of Litchfield Manor which makes for an easy walk to Princess Anne Middle School (formerly Kellam High School).
With the opening of the Nimmo Parkway traffic on Princess Anne Road has diminished significantly making the neighborhood easy in and out.
The new Kellam High School opened in January of 2014 and is a state of the art educational institution with numerous environmental and technical enhancements. This school is located just off North Landing Road on West Neck Road (just before the Signature Golf course).
As a resident of Princess Anne Quarter I can attest to the "family" attraction the neighborhood brings. You will be happy!
