With over 900 single family homes, Lagomar is a well established neighborhood built in three phases with the last phase being "Back Bay Lagomar" offering new custom homes and lots for sale.

Located just off Sandbridge Road, the neighborhood is an easy drive to the beautiful beach and Back Bay wildlife refuge. Nearby is Red Mill Commons featuring many major stores, great family and chain restaurants, plus movie theaters at Strawbridge.

Depending on which part of Lagomar you reside determines whether Kellam or Ocean Lakes High School is your district. The neighborhood elementary school is Red Mill and middle school Princess Anne.  Be sure to visit the Virginia Beach School site when considering school districts for the most accurate information.  

Located just across the street in the Heritage Park neighborhood is the Equi-kids equine center who's mission is:

  • To provide, promote and support equine assisted activities for individuals who have mental, physical, emotional, social or learning disabling conditions
