Ashville Park:  2000 Emelita Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

Ashville Park has resurged as a premier community in South East Virginia Beach.  This neighborhood features homes in the 400s up to one million dollar in price.  Currently there are approximately 200 single family homes built with remaining lots of about 60.

The "key" villages are Wilshire and Ranier.   Wilshire has larger lots and more expensive homes and Ranier smaller lots and less square footage homes.  New construction homes still exist within the development but the scarcity of lots is a factor.  ashville park

Ashville Park is a planned community with 15 lakes and 30 acres of open space, walking trails, and many other amenities, including a Lake House with pool/fitness center coming soon.  

The neighborhood is set off Princess Anne Road with the Sherwood Lakes and Heritage Park neighborhoods nearby.

Numerous recreational activities exist with Sandbridge Beach just minutes away, golf courses such as Hell's Point (Lagomar), Heron Ridge, and The Signature are just a short drive.

Just a short drive down Princess Anne Road is Pungo and the Blackwater areas where fishing, hunting, or launching your boat into the inter-coastal waterway at Munden Point.  Just the other direction to Red Mill Commons, where you will find major "chain" and "speciality" stores/restaurants plus other great shopping.   Strawbridge shopping center has a Regal cinema with numerous theater.  

Kellam schools often sought out with the new high school now in full operation.  The elementary school servicing Ashville Park is Princess Anne and middle school the same.  Private schools include St Johns The Apostle.
